"Poor openability" is an assessment of the opening performance of composite film bags, referring to the ease with which the opening side of a pre-sealed three-side bag can be opened. If it's not easy to open, it is referred to as having poor openability. The issue of "poor openability" in composite film bags arises due to the occurrence of "adhesion." The reasons are as follows:
.Extremely smooth film surfaces come into close contact, and air is almost completely excluded.
.Pressure or temperature (or both) causes the film contact surfaces to bond and melt. Countermeasures:
.When purchasing heat-sealing layer substrates, request suppliers to add an appropriate amount of opening agent to the heat-sealing layer to enhance the micro-roughness of the substrate surface.
.Before or during the bag-making process, apply cornstarch to the heat-seal surface to alleviate the issue.
