Person in charge title/name/cell/WhatsApp/email address.
We will create the customer account into our system first and let our audit dept. to approve before quotation or sample given. We could not issue any offical document without account's approvement.
Is Free sample given on request?
Haide offer similar existing product samples for new customer at small quantity 5-100 pcs of 2-5 SKUs for free, but shipping/express cost by customer. We could give back this small shipping cost if PO delivered within 2 months.
How long can I get a quotation?
Haide Pack always reply your email inquiry with full spec detail in 24 hours as company regulation.
What form is the quotation given?
We could give fast quotation by email in words or former Quotation Sheet by pdf (on request by email) depends on customer's requirement. Haide Pack quotation only valid issuing by email with @haidecorp.com address, WhatsApp or any type of APP message is not valid and accept by Haide Pack company.
Why there would be different pricing level solution given?
The material condition, cost, thickness and lamination combination could be varied with many possible choice. As well, the artwork condition is different for different printing condition. We could issue fast rough quotation on base condition while further quote on detail artwork and choice of lamination/thickness/raw material to get a more accurate price for each spec.
What is the validation of quotation?
15 days as standard condition considering the exchange rate safety.
What curreny is accepted by Haide?
USD/CNY is standard accept curreny for international orders.
Other currency condition is negotiable for EUR, RUB, SIN, CAD and AUD.
How could customer get advise and recommendation for feasible solution?
Haide Pack prof engineer sales team will work on customer's interest and key point to get feedback with in 48 hours. The solution given could be by alternative structure of lamination solutions. Normally Haide Pack will try to find free samples for test, however Sampling order would be taken at customer's cost if no existing sample is available or accepted by the customer.
