What is Haide Pack trade terms and conditions?
Haide Pack international orders taken on FOB (Free on board) term. It means the customer(buyer) pay the production cost/Plate charge as well as shipping cost of any kind. Haide pay for the tracking cost to port, export cost and local port charge only.
The EXW term is of course accepted base on FOB principle, the tracking cost to port, export cost and local port charge by the buyer.
Can Haide Pack quote on CnF or DDU/DDP term?
Yes we could, however Cnf term is only given to AAA credit market buyer or in-house customer for repeat order within first year of cooperation. The shipping cost in Cnf must be actually prepaid by the buy in the deposit in order for Haide Pack to accept any Cnf or DDU/DDP term order.
What deposit ratio should be paid for a new customer?
Cylinder/plate cost is always prepaid.
50% deposit of overall order should be issued on PO.
50% balance payment before the loading of shipping.
Countries trading credit below AA should pay 70% deposit/30% balance.
What is the condition for credit payment if the customer would like to take?
- AAA credit country.
- Cooperated and well delivery and timely balance payment for the 1st order.
- Repeat order in the first 6 months period.
- Reputed company name or great capacity manufacturer customer.
- Guaranteed by in-house good credit customer.
- Credit audit by 3rd part public company and China Imp&Exp issurance corp.
How much credit could be given as a credit payment customer?
Standard credit payment term by each month fixed payment date to clear the balance of last payment period. (one month credit payment)
Maximum credit amount could be given at 150% of average amount of last 3 months monthly order amount.
(e.g. Jan/USD 50,000; Feb USD 200,000; Mar USD 50,000, then credit amount=300,000/3*150%=USD 150,000.)
Payment delay over 15 days will be reported and submit to 3rd part public company and China Imp&Exp issurance corp. Payment delay over 30 days credit payment will be concelled for one year.
What is the lead time for Haide Pack Rotogravure plate/cylinder making?
Standard lead time 5-7 days. Rush plate 3 days.
What is Haide Pack lead time condition in contract?
Can Haide fulfill a rush order?
- Rush order could only be given to regular repeat order taken in-house customer.
- Rush order could only be allow within 5% of certain customer total orders.
- Rush order depends on the overall situation of order taken and actual situation of the time.
- Rush order might need extra cost by applied wider raw material to shortern the lead time of raw material.
The ability to fulfill a rush order is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The decision depends on work load and product availability at any given time. We try to accommodate rush order requests whenever possible.
Rush order lead time condition could be:
Plate lead time 3 days maximum, and converting period reduced by 40%-60% for the tolerance of less than 5% order per month.
Can I set up an account with Haide or must I prepay 50% deposit for all orders?
Customers are always welcome to prepay orders or work on a T/T basis. However, we also works with many customers on credit after one year of cooperation.
We have a ERP/CRM customer credit system audit by 3rd part public company and the China Import&export Insurance Corp.
A credit application must be submitted before we will complete any work on a customer's first order and constant monthly order basis to get a less than 2 month average order amount credit.
What are your minimum run quantities?
Minimum run quantities are determined from the amount of packages that can be produced from printing a master roll of film. This is dependent on the size and style of the package being produced. Please call for specifics.
By the value of single order/SKU (not total serial of SKUs or total order condition):
Haide Pack average value for single SKU (international market) is at USD 5,000 (without cylinder cost), so current MOQ by amout proposed to be at around USD 3,000 level. We could give mitigated MOQ to 1,800-2,500 level as minimum for new start business cooperation for the very beginning.
By meter of print:
Basically our MOQ starts from 6000 meter printing runs. For example, with the pouches width repeat at 125mm, 8 pouches per one meter, plus 2 channels, that MOQ should be at 6000*16=96,000 pcs, just for reference.
By single roll of raw material (or MOQ of purchasing material meters):
Aluminum foil 9 from 2 tons of raw material at certain width.
Clear barrier material for every roll of 4,000 meters (8,000/12,000/16,000 repeats)
Etc.
What are Haide's overall cargo delivery lead times?
Generally Haide packaging delivers custom packaging solution in about 8-9 weeks from the point of artwork approval by the customer.
Cylinder making in 7 days.
Printing & lamination in 10 days / 15 days in peek season.
Pouch making for 7-15 days on differ quantity and pouch style.
