1, Irregular creases in the Longitudinal or transverse direction of a printing substrate.
2, Substrate and composite substrate together with surface cracking, poor flatness.
3, Printing substrate shrinkage, shrinkage and composite substrate separation, in the middle of the air strip, often poor peel strength.
Factors contributing to surface wrinkling after sterilization,
1, The temperature of drying channel is too high during printing, the constant tension of rewinding and unwinding is not consistent, and the unwinding tension is too high to deform the film.
2,Unsmooth roll paper core. As the volume of the finished product is increasing, the vertical or horizontal wrinkling will occur to make the original flat printing substrate unevenness. This phenomenon of creasing is not easy to eliminate in the composite process.
3, The printing traction roll has foreign body or is too dirty, the printing base material passes through the foreign body when the horizontal slip, when the sliding base material passes through the impression rubber roller, the crease marks are regular.
