Spout pouches is now used in a wide range of applications, such as children usually drink jelly, life condiments, laundry detergent and those fresh beer, etc. , many places will use this kind of packaging bag, the spout pouch is composed of a spout and a stand up pouch, and is completed through two links of bag making and spout loading in production.
As the spout pouches are widely used, people found that the problem is also growing. Today we would like to talk how to avoid the broken bag issues for spout pouches.
Because the spout pouch is made by two links, in each link there are higher requirements on the technology, so if a little bad, in the use of the process may appear bag inflation, broken bags, leakage and other quality problems.
First of all, in bag-making, we should pay special attention to punch, bottom heat seal and other links, especially in the sealing part of the extremely easy broken bag, only by the transverse seal knife is not enough, to add a heat seal knife, part of the need to strengthen the heat seal.
The stand up pouch with spout requires better opening performance, otherwise the Suction Cup is not easy to pull the mouth, the friction Coefficient of the bag surface should be small, when making the bag, the surface static electricity should be removed to avoid adsorption between the bag and the bag, which is not conducive to the filling and sealing machine to take the bag.
