Aluminum foil bags are extensively utilized for packaging high barrier products, such as coffee, tea, and other items requiring airtight and superior puncture resistance. Constructed with 3 or 4 layers of high-resistance materials, these bags typically incorporate a central layer of aluminum foil or metalized film. This strategic placement shields the enclosed products from sunlight or direct light exposure, thereby enhancing their shelf life and fortifying the bags with elevated barrier properties.

Materials:
CPP (Cast Polypropylene): offers high resistances to heat, puncture, and oil.
VMCPP (Vacuum-metalized cast polypropylene): it’s a cost-effective material that improves pouch barrier property and makes the pouch surface shiny.
RCPP (Retort cast polypropylene): this is a microwavable material that can withstand temperatures up to 120 centigrade.
LLDPE (Linear low-density polyethylene): LLDPE makes packaging pouches heat sealable, and adds to their barrier properties against oxygen, moisture, and water vapor.
White LLDPE (Linear low-density polyethylene): it’s a white in color material that is mostly used in the manufacturing of pouches used in packaging electronics and antistatic.
PET (Polyethylene terephthalate): this is a transparent and lightweight material used for moisture barrier reasons.
VMPET (Metalized polyethylene film): it’s a shiny cost-effective material that provided high light barrier properties.
AL (Aluminum foil): offers a perfect barrier against oxygen, moisture, light, and odor.
Kraft paper: this is a high puncture-resistant material, but also it’s very printable.
Nylon: its resistance to high heat, abrasion, moisture makes it most likable. Although, it is one transparent material used to make clear windows
